Voice and tone

Words are an important part of our identity, they help define the way we want to be perceived by others. The mission, vision and values of the DINTEL Design System for the digital ecosystem of the General State Administration are reflected in our style of communication:

We use a clear, natural and close language that allows citizens and Administration staff to carry out their procedures and procedures with the Administration more easily.

Our voice

In the DINTEL Design System we work so that the communication of the Administration is friendly and direct, that is why our voice is directed to the citizens.
